Laws of math... broken!? Here we go,
A=B
A^2=AB
A^2-B^2 =AB - B^2
(A-B)(A+B) = B(A-B)
A+B=B

The meaning of life is 47. Has anyone ever heard of that? A long time ago, I looked it up and came across this long winded PDF document. The point that came across to me was very simple despite the document being a huge amount of pages. I'm not sure exactly what was being shown, but my intepretation was simple: The Meaning of Life is what you want it to be.
The author arbitrarily picked a number, and made it his meaning. No matter how irrational or how insignificant it may seem to people it's his meaning, and no one can take that away from him. It seems like such common sense, but it's so easy to get lost in the shuffle of life and not really think about it. The meaning is yours to choose, and if you choose nothing, voila! Your life means nothing. To me the point was that the meaning of life is not just some incredible philosophy or a way to tell you how to live. It is not just the explanation of why we are here and what we are here to do. But then again, maybe that's what it is to you. It's what you desire, feel, think, and emote. The meaning of life is what you want it to be.
What is your meaning to your life? Is it to be happy? How? By doing the things you love? Or by sacrificing the things you love for the people you love? What do the people around you mean? What about those that may influence, or be influenced by you? Maybe you want to be successful. Desire to lead in athletics, arts, business, or science? Or understand all? What do you want? No one can decide for you. Think! The meaning of life is what you want it to be.
...What the hell am I writing?
This poor attempt to be deep is just from remembering the statement: The meaning of life is 47. Huh?? So I looked it up. That must have been in the summer. I needed this as a way to put things into perspective, as sometimes things look pointless, or simply meaningless. If life has no meaning, why bother? That's because you gave it no meaning.
What's my meaning of life then? At this point, to be a better person for each day that passes and to see those around me prosper.

Howdy y'all!! I've been busy studying for an Economics midterm which I think I'm going to get around 84-86%. Somewhere around that region, which isn't too shabby. Right now though, I'm really excited for the Heritage Classic game!! First the Alumni game between past Edmonton Oiler stars and Montreal Canadian stars! Then the actual NHL game. Man it's been incredible to live in Edmonton for the past while. First the Grey Cup win, now this!!
I got a chance to visit city hall and check out what was happening. It was pretty cool, they had the Stanley Cup as well as all the other trophies out. Tomorrow is kinda like Christmas, can't wait for gametime...
Can't think of anything else at the moment, I'm just thinkin about the game!! Go Oilers!

November 18th, is the one month anniversary of having Sharkie in my home. He's provided us some entertainment, but the poor guy looks a little unhealthy. Nonetheless, everyday that he makes it is kinda like a blessing.
On a slightly more tremendously important thing to note is that day is also the anniversary of me and Delia being together for a year and a month! Yay! I don't really mention our relationship in here because it feels weird, but it is kind of funny to talk about stupid mundane shit and not mention her. Delia, you mean a lot to me, and it's simple but I want you to know it.

Well, it's only four days later so it's not like I've been ignoring this place. Everytime I think I have time to update here, it seems I go and do something just a little bit more useless. (= On a sidenote, man, Kevin's blog is super nuts. I mean it. It's not just ordinary, run of the mill nuts, it's super nuts...
Anyways, I'm kinda dissappointed that I didn't get a whole lot done over the long weekend. I still hafta finish my bio lab report and start studying for my second economics midterm, which would should be called a two-thirds term. It shall be a busy weekend, of course I'll start it all tomorrow ;)
By the way, last night I got to attend a Bryan Adams concert with my mom. She wanted to go for her birthday and it seemed no one else would go, which was suprising, so we went. It was a great concert with although it's not completely my type of music, the atmosphere was incredible and Adams put on a solid effort. He seemed genuinely in there for the music on this given night. It was mesmerising when he started "Everything I do", I think that although that was the most cheesy part of the night, it was probably the best.
Anyhoo, Sharkie is doing... well I have no friggin idea. My parents went out and got a type of fish food, a flake type of thing, and hopefully he'll start eating it. Interesting to note, my mom told me that my dad got excited and wanted to get a large fish tank and get "nice fish". Of course, that idea got nixed but it made me realize that my dad can really like to spend on us. Certain things will make him less rational than usual, but I think that's because he just wants to lavish us all time to time.
I think that's all for now, no real commentaries on what's happened to me. Oh yeah, before I forget, I had a lab that was scheduled today, Friday night, from 6 pm to 9 pm. I ended up leaving at 8, but that was so incredibly lame. Of course, we did spend a good portion discussing the Matrix. My T.A. is in love with those movies, so we got to talking about it (=
Moral of the day is: Robots and guns, what more could you possibly ask for?

Man, I have got to work on my coherence for some of my posts.
Oh yeah, just so everyone knows, I owe my cousin, Larry, a beating. In fact, if you know him, punch him, and tell him to straighten out and fly right in school. Pull yourself together and work at it, anything worth having is worth working for. Work at all the things your good at and bad at.

Man, I just got a link to one of the funniest sites ever. It's pretty much a blog in a sense, except it's just full of rants. It's hate taken to an extreme, and everyone hates, but it's pretty hard to do so like this guy and be so funny. Just don't goto the site if your stupid, and if your asking why, well, don't visit.

So howdy! Long weekend pretty much half over. Friday night was awesome, first spent some time with Delia. We ended up watching Unbreakable and Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. I really appreciate Unbreakable a lot more than the first time I saw it. It's such a different movie then I'm used to seeing. The whole comic book thing threw me off at first, but taking away my expectation of what that movie should have been made me enjoy it a lot. Delia is getting slightly better, but her illness really isn't going away )=
Later that night, I went over to Ryan's house and we had 8 man Halo!! Daim!! Let's see, I managed to, with Tony and Clarence win one 4 on 4 battle. Of course, we got raped on CTF. 4on4 was cool to an extent, but FFA was sooo awesome! I got 1st on the second FFA, but then again like 3 other ppl had only 1 kill less. Still, it was awesome and I just wonder how other games would play. Halo needs more guns, and good levels...
As for the whole doing schoolwork thing and trying to catch up. Well, I'm going to do work but my attitude, no matter how much I try to change it, is f*ck that! Of course, I'm going to get my ass kicked by Delia and parents, so maybe that's the wrong attitude.
Man, I need more interesting and funny comments about life! Ah well, in the meantime and between time, have yourself a good time, and of course, don't kill yourself.

It is Remembrance Day Weekend and I would like to take this time to think of the men and women who fought for a better future. All other thoughts put aside, it was their sacrifices that allow us to live our lifestyle in Canada the way we do. I'm not going to think about War, it's causes and effects and so on for this weekend. I'm going to think about War regarding those that must fight what we hope is the good fight.

Haven't really gotten around to this for a while but I'll just talk on what's recent. On Friday I got majorly sick! It was sick! I had this nasty fever which followed constant shivering. It was difficult to sleep until around 4'ish or so. Saturday was basically spent recuperating and at night studying for Psychology. I don't remember having headaches that bad. Anyways, Sunday was a study day, for around 8 or so hours, maybe less.
Monday, back to school... well my headache ceased by my cough is just brutal when it's cold. I just get these nasty fits time to time, and it would also give me a headache. I got through the day but couldn't wait for it to end.
Tuesday, event of the day, besides the Psych midterm that is, is that I got a nosebleed at the start of my Math 113 lab. I got it to stop and finished up but some blood got onto my shirt )=
Later that day I went to the doctor's because my parents wanted to make sure I didn't have anything serious. After I took off my jacket and sweater, Doc saw the bloodstain an asked, and got the answer. He told me basically, just stick some vaseline up my nose and it should help. Thanks Doc.
Anyhoo, that's all for now, peace out!
Price is a function of Demand. I think.

Hey hey! It's been a while since I've blogged! Actually, a week! Things have been alright. I think I only got mid 80's on my mid term, but I was aiming for higher than that. I'll have to go over the exam with someone later. Meanwhile, I got my English essay back. Only a B-. That is not what I'm used to getting, so I'll hafta improve on that and really work on the next one. But good news, I got an 82 on my Bio lab report! Much better than I thought, and I hope to really improve on that mark next time by starting on it much earlier and not at the last moment.
Still haven't got my math midterm yet, but that may come back tomorrow. I need to start studying for Psych as there seems to be yet another exam for it next Tuesday. Can't get complacent, hopeefully I'll be able to beat the other mark. Not much else happening in school, but... IT FRICKING SNOWED!! NOOOO!
Sharkie won't eat, and I'm tempted to buy some kind of other food but that may not be completely convinient. I should probably look up on how to take care of the guy. Not only that, but actually act on it.
Finally saw Hulk, and I gotta say, what the fudge is with the ending?? It seemed unnecessary and retarded. Oh well, but I may get to see Kill Bill this upcoming weekend (=
Shoulder bags really suck, why do I still have one?
I hate my Econ teacher. Unfortunately, when I look at the decision of whether to punch her in the face or not, the marginal cost exceeds the marginal benefit. Well I would never resort to something like that, but she's pretty frustrating.
Not much to say for now, so peace out!

Hello, well today was a pretty normal day. Psychology was interesting, but for some reason there was no notes to print off. Econ was the same, intense boring crap again. I hate my Prof for that class. She won't let you think, she talks and blabs non stop. I don't know how she can keep talking, she's like that Transformer that won't shut up and talks really fast. To top it all off, she makes it seem like you should know what your doing even if you've just seen the material for the first term. Ass! On the other hand, she seems to know her stuff. But again, she stutters and is really annoying.
Got some mad studying for Bio, and I really hope I'm ready for this mid term. It all comes down to tomorrow. This will gauge whether or not I have the ability to study the proper material. Also, I get my english essay back. It is total doomsday for that. I must make it up for my next essay and start on it waay before it's due. But back to studying for Bio, I really need to get more friends that are keeners. When I seem like the keener in the group, something is terribly wrong...
Never do things at the last minute.
Always try to write neatly in Math, otherwise you'll get stupid remarks saying "please do good work!"... what an ass of a marker, seriously...
Chinese buffet food (shoulda listened to Tony) despite the appearance of the fried chicken, sucks... times 6
Oilers need a top 10 Goalie... as of yesterday
Phosphofructo-kinase adds a phosphate group onto Fructose 6-phosphate. Phosphofructo-kinase is also an allosteric enzyme. Why the phosphofrucking KrAzY is that important?

Salutations! Well today I got some studying done. I really hope I'm on the right track, but I have no way of telling really. I'm sorta confident for my Biology midterm but well, you can never really know how prepared you are. Math I am not so worried, but I will definitely review when I get the chance. My homework keeps getting docked because I seem to have a pissy marker....
I sure hope Sharkie lives.
Some people are just unable to concentrate for a long time.
People don't like getting paid back in dimes and nickels... hehehe.
Pringles is good.
I should have done the Math prelab Questions. Oh well.
